Our research is broadly focused towards understanding the circadian clock  at the genetic, neuronal network level and how it rhythmically regulates the behavior, physiology and metabolism of an organism. 

   

       To this end, we use the model organism fruit fly Drosophila that offers convenient tools for conducting comprehensive genetic, molecular and behavioral studies.
